Permiso de trabajo (i-765)

Puedes descargar el archivo PDF, imprimirlo para llenarlo a lapiz como un borrador, y despues llenarla en la computadora e imprimirla.

Que documentos debes enviar:

• Fotos de pasaporte (2x2) con fondo blanco. Walmart $7
• Fotocopia de la pagina biografica del pasaporte. Donde aparecen tuds datos y tu foto)
• Money Order o cheque personal a nombre de US DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
• 
  
• por $410+$85=$495 (hasta el dia de hoy). Si estas aplicando por asilo, no debes pagar el fee. Para la renovacion debes pagar pero bajo ciertas condiciones es posible "waive the fee) Haz click aqui para conocer las condiciones

• SI APLICASTE POR ASILO, DEBES ENVIAR LOS DOCUMENTOS QUE RECIBISTE QUE INDICAN QUE TU I-589 FUR RECIBIDA. 
• Si quieres recibir notificaciones por mensaje de texto o correo electronico debes mandar la forma G-1145 Haz click aqui

NO OLVIDAR FIRMARLA....

Ejemplo de cheque, anotar en las notas o razon del cheque I-765 y el A-Number que recibiste en la I-589.

Asylum Applicant (With a Pending Asylum Application) Who Filed for Asylum on or After January 4, 1995-- (c)(8). For specific instructions for applicants with pending asylum claims, see section entitled “Special Filing Instructions for Those with Pending Asylum Applications ((c)(8)).”

La categoria para personas aplicando para asilo, la categoria es (c)(8). Ponen una C y en la proxima casilla el 8.

Special Filing Instructions for Those With Pending Asylum Applications ((c)(8)) Asylum Applicant (with a pending asylum application) who filed for asylum on or after January 4, 1995. You must wait at least 150 days following the filling of your asylum claim before you are eligible to apply for an EAD. Any delay in processing the asylum application that is caused by you, including unexcused failure to appear for fingerprinting and other biometrics capture, will not be counted as part of that 150 days. If you fail to appear for your asylum interview or for a hearing before an immigration judge, you will be ineligible for an EAD. If you have received a recommended approval for a grant of asylum, you do not need to wait the 150 days and may apply for an EAD immediately upon receipt of your recommended approval. If you file Form I-765 early, it will be denied. File Form I-765 with: 1. A copy of the USCIS acknowledgement mailer which was mailed to you; 2. Other evidence that your Form I-589 was filed with USCIS; 3. Evidence that your Form I-589 was filed with an Immigration Judge at the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR); or 4. Evidence that your asylum application remains under administrative or judicial review.

Hay que esperar 150 dias despues que la aplicacion fue aceptada.
Si faltas a la cita de las huellas, los dias de retraso no cuentan para los 150 dias. Esto extendera tu proceso.
Si no vas a tu cita con el juez, no podras aplicar por el EAD (Employment Authorization Document)
Si recibistes un "recommended approval for a grant of asylum", no necesitas esperar por los 150, enviala lo mas pronto posible.
Si la envias antes de los 150 dias va a ser denegada.
